Delivery Information

  • Delivery Times:
    Deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 10:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Sunday deliveries - Pre-order ONLY
  • Same day delivery for orders placed before 12.00pm
  • If the Recipient is Unavailable:
    • Flowers will be left on the doorstep or in a secure pre-arranged location.
    • If neither option is possible, the flowers will be returned to our shop.
    • A card will be left to inform the recipient of the delivery attempt and where the flowers can be collected if returned.

Hospital Deliveries

Please note that as many hospitals do not accept flower deliveries or have strict requirements we do NOT deliver to Hospitals. We recommend sending flowers to the recipient’s home for them to enjoy during recovery.
